The Bills are a team constantly entrenched in "rebuilding" mode. They have been longing and clamoring for a franchise QB ever since Jim Kelly. Ryan Fitzpatrick has gone above and beyond the call of duty, being serviceable as a gunslinger, but the Bills will look to ante up with a : fingers crossed: future franchise QB.

Wisdom might call for the Bills to plug in more glaring holes on the Defensive side of the ball, but with a deep draft and Locker still available, the Bills continue their search for home run hitters (a la C.J.Spiller last year) and pin their hopes to Mr. Locker's locker. Other possible picks: Cameron Heyward, Jabaal Shead, Jeff Maehl
