How are players in the AFC North making money during the lockout? The Baltimore Ravens have a guy doing professional fighting. The Pittsburgh Steelers have a guy dancing. The Cincinnati Bengals have a guy who tried out for a soccer team. The Cleveland Browns? They have Joshua Cribbs winning big at the Kentucky Derby, according to Adam Schefter.

On NFL Live, Cleveland's No. 16 Josh Cribbs said he placed a $200 bet on horse No. 16, Animal Kingdom. Someone's making $$$ during lockout.

I'm not an expert on betting, but if I remember the odds correctly (somewhere near 21:1), then Cribbs would have made over $4,000 at the track, assuming he didn't place any other bets. That might be chump change compared to what his actual contract would be, but I'd venture to say it is more money than most of the other players on the team have seen this offseason.
