Today, the Cleveland Browns take on the Oakland Raiders in a game that is expected to feature rain and could be quite sloppy. The Raiders have been terrible defensively all year, but Cleveland heads in to this game with a 12-game losing streak on the road. Will the Browns snap that streak against the Raiders?
