After losing in their season finale to finish the year at 5-11, the Cleveland Browns officially hold the 6th overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft.
Heading into the week, the Browns held the 7th overall pick. According to Dan Kadar of Mocking the Draft, Cleveland's draft position improved due to the Bills beating the Jets. Kadar also notes that what the Raiders do this afternoon does not matter because due to strength of schedule.

Several weeks ago, the Browns were 5-8 and held the 10th overall pick in the draft. They finished the game on a three-game losing streak to Washington, Denver, and Pittsburgh. With a new front office likely to be in place, it'll certainly be interesting to see what the new general manager does. They'll have to make their first-round pick count, because they will not hold a second-round draft pick. Cleveland lost that pick when they selected Josh Gordon in the supplemental draft.
It's early, but tell us who you'd pick at No. 6 overall if you had to give your answer today.
