Week 2 College Football Open Thread & Browns Scouting

If this goes over well, each week, we'll have an open thread for all of the college football games. You can talk about players you think would look good in a Browns uniform, big-time plays from Saturday, or what games you are most looking forward to. Draft expert Chris Steuber composed a list of which games scouts around the NFL are attending. Cleveland's scouting department was confirmed for two games, which are highlighted after the jump.

Penn State at Virginia
