Nuggets:
- QB Jason Campbell has a chance to become the first Browns quarterback to register a 100+ QB rating in three consecutive starts since Bernie Kosar did it in 1989.
- As unlikely as this seems, if WR Davone Bess catches two touchdown passes, he'd be the first Browns player to record back-to-back two-touchdown games since WR Braylon Edwards did it in 2007.
- WR Greg Little has a chance to become the first Browns player to have back-to-back 100+ yard receiving games since WR Braylon Edwards did it in 2006.
- With a 4-5 record, the Browns are off to their best start through nine games since 2007, when the team opened 5-4.
- The Browns are leading the league with 10 fourth-down conversions on 19 attempts (52.6 percent). The 10 conversions are tied for the third-most in team history despite playing just nine games so far this season. The club record is 12 set in 1985.
- After the bye week last year (which also came during Week 10), the Browns lost a tough overtime battle to the Dallas Cowboys, 23-20. The Bengals have lost in overtime games the past two weeks. Cleveland has not played an overtime game this season.
- The last time these two teams met in the regular season was on September 29, 2013 in Cleveland, with the Browns beating the Bengals by a final score of 17-6. QB Brian Hoyer was starting his second game for Cleveland and led a 91-yard touchdown drive that lasted 6:37 in the fourth quarter to put the game away. The Browns forced two turnovers and held the Bengals without a touchdown. K Billy Cundiff missed two field goals for Cleveland, although one of them appeared to have been blocked.
