Cleveland Browns vs. Cincinnati Bengals - 4th Quarter Game Thread

The Browns failed to convert a fourth down to start the third quarter, but after the defense forced a three-and-out, QB Jason Campbell found WR Josh Gordon streaking up the left sideline for a 74-yard touchdown to cut the Bengals' lead to 31-20.

As expected, rain and high winds are now playing a factor in the game. Can Cleveland somehow find a way to rally in the fourth quarter?
