According to Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun, the Cleveland Browns are "closing in on their target", and that appears to be Ravens outside linebacker Paul Kruger.

Obviously like Wilson points out, nothing is official yet as we are still a few hours away from officially open season in Free Agency. But this is definitely something to keep an eye on as the day develops.
Depending on what Kruger demands for salary, I could go either way on this one. I'd obviously like to see the Browns get a pass rusher, and Kruger fits the bill. As Mary Kay Cabot points out, Kruger could be demanding in excess of $9 million per year. The Browns have cash to spend this off season, we just need to spend it on the right pieces. At the right price, I love this.
