Free Agency: List of Players the Cleveland Browns Are Reaching Out To

On March 9, the "tamper-free" period commenced, even though the NFL is still being strict with regards to teams still not over-stepping their boundaries. Up until March 12th at 4:00 PM ET, teams can contact player representatives.

We have had several posts discussing the players who the Cleveland Browns have reportedly shown interest in, but this post will simply list all of the names, by positing, who Cleveland has spoken to the representative of or shown interest in. This list will be updated up until the start of free agency.
