The 2013 NFL Draft continues for the Cleveland Browns and the rest of the teams in the NFL at 6:30 PM EST with the second and third rounds. This is a continuation of the LIVE BLOG we've been running all day up until this point. 5:30 PM: Setting the stage for round two again, Cleveland simply does not have a second round pick. You should still stick around in the vent of a trade, though. In the third round, the Browns hold No. 68 overall. Teams will have 7 minutes to make their selections in round two, and 5 minutes to make their selections in round three.
