With players like Phil Dawson and Joshua Cribbs leaving town, Cleveland Browns fans are looking for someone to fill that void in the community of being a fan favorite (besides Joe Haden, who continues to represent Cleveland proudly). Could one of those people be new tight end Gary Barnidge?

In an article by Tom Reed of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, it is explained that Barnidge is a big movie fan. He used to operate his own site called Movie Game Plan, which he will reportedly re-launch following training camp. Continuing a tradition he had in Carolina, he is scheduled to take fans to the movies during the season. From Reed:

The Browns tight end, who loves cinema almost as much as he does a wide-open seam route, plans to buy tickets for 10 fans a week during the regular season and meet them at the theater. "I did it for last 14 weeks last season in Carolina and we had a good turnout. We’re going to try to bring some teammates along, too."

Barnidge awards the tickets by asking trivia questions on Twitter. If you live in the area and would like to hang out with Barnidge and a couple of other players, then be sure to follow him on Twitter and beef up on your movie trivia!
