Victory thread time?

The Browns were putting together a solid passing drive to open up the third quarter, but Brian Hoyer got picked off over the middle. A few plays later, Adrian Peterson fumbled, and the Browns were back in business. The two teams exchanged punts again, but Travis Benjamin had a nice punt return to start a Browns drive 43 yards away from the end zone mid-way through the third quarter.

The Browns went for it on fourth down, though, and a pass was tipped away, giving Minnesota good field position. How did the defense respond? With another sack and a stop, forcing a punt. Things quickly spiraled down on offense from there -- 6 yard loss by Willis McGahee, a flag for 12 men in the huddle, and then Hoyer's arm getting hit as he tried to throw from his own end zone, resulting in an interception. That led to a game-tying, 8-yard quarterback run by Christian Ponder to tie the game at 24-24. That's where we stand heading into the final quarter of play.
