Earlier today, we mentioned that the Cleveland Browns were beginning to show an interest in Kyle Shanahan to replace Norv Turner as their offensive coordinator. Now, according to Chris Mortensen of ESPN, the Browns have an interview scheduled on Wednesday with the former Redskins offensive coordinator:
Kyle Shanahan has interview scheduled Wednesday for Browns OC job, per sources.

Last offseason, Shanahan was considered one of the hot names to be a future head coach, after the quick turnaround the Redskins had with Robert Griffin III and Kirk Cousins under center in 2012. This past season, though, Griffin's production plummeted, but Washington still had the 9th ranked offense in the NFL. Shanahan interviewed for offensive coordinator roles with the Ravens and Dolphins this offseason, but both teams chose other candidates.
I think it would be very intriguing to see Kyle separated from his father, Mike Shanahan, and have the ability to work with a young team and likely a new quarterback. What do you guys think? Would you take Shanahan as the Browns' next offensive coordinator?
