According to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, the Browns will interview Ben McAdoo, the Quarterbacks Coach of the Green Bay Packers.
#Packers QB coach Ben McAdoo will interview this week, as expected ... but for the #Browns head coaching job, per source. Wow.

McAdoo isn't exactly a household name for the casual (or die-hard, for that matter) NFL fan. He is currently the QB coach in Green Bay, and before that was the TE coach for 6 seasons with the Packers. He was considered to be the front-runner for the open OC position in Miami, but apparently will also interview for the HC vacancy in Cleveland.
Rapoport went on to further compare his interview as similar to when Andy Reid (then a QB coach) interviewed with Philadelphia in 1999.
Ben McAdoo's interviewing for a head-coaching job is a surprise. Just like when Andy Reid, also a Packers QB coach, was hired by Eagles

Is it possible to go from being Aaron Rodgers' position coach one season, to head coach of the Cleveland Browns the next? Only time will tell.
What do you think of this news; surprised, excited, confused? I myself, am all of the above.
