After a field goal to start the fourth quarter, the Browns faced a 28-13 deficit and later forced the Titans to punt. QB Brian Hoyer then calmly led the Browns down the field again, but on a 3rd down play, a pass to TE Jordan Cameron fell incomplete after officials failed to call pass interference. The Browns went for it on fourth down but could not convert.

The Titans were due to punt again, but WR Travis Benjamin muffed the punt and Tennessee recovered. That looked to be the end of things...until the Browns got a bailout call with a Titans penalty for not making an effort to get back in bounds. Can the Browns rally in the final quarter of play?
