Andrew Weber-USA TODAY Sports

The Browns started the second quarter with a bang. QB Brian Hoyer hit WR Travis Benjamin for a nice completion, and then RB Isaiah Crowell finally made an appearance and plunged into the end zone for a touchdown, giving the Browns a 14-3 lead.

Cincinnati had a good run by RB Jeremy Hill going on their next drive, but FS Tashaun Gipson got a helmet on the football, and it popped loose and right into the hands of CB Joe Haden for the recovery! The Browns nearly had a deep bomb to WR Travis Benjamin, but it just fell incomplete. Cleveland went three-and-out, but so did the Bengals.

Cleveland put together another solid offensive drive and got in range for a 32-yard field goal by K Billy Cundiff, which he drilled to give the Browns a 17-3 lead with under four minutes to play in the half. The Bengals proceeded to go three-and-out again. The Browns got the ball near midfield in the two-minute drill, but had to punt. Cincinnati couldn't do anything, and that's how we ended the half.

The Browns will get the ball first in the third quarter, up 17-3. QB Andy Dalton was an atrocious 5-of-16 for 38 yards and 1 interception in the first half.
