This offseason, we were wondering whether the Cleveland Browns would retain defensive quality control coach Daron Roberts, who served under Ray Horton's staff. He was seen as one of the brighter young minds in the NFL. When the Browns announced that Tony Tuioti was coming aboard as the new defensive quality control coach, though, the writing was on the wall that Roberts was no longer part of the Browns' staff.
Reports have come out that Roberts has been hired by the Houston Texans as a scout:
Texans hired Brian Gaine as director of pro scouting, Daron Roberts as scout and promoted Larry Wright to assistant pro personnel director.

#Texans new pro scout Daron Roberts is a young star in the biz. Might be the smartest football guy in the NFL. Could be a GM soon

We'll see just how quickly Roberts' rise to stardom takes place, but it doesn't look like it will be in Cleveland.
