The Cleveland Browns brought aboard an offensive coaching intern, according to Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal:

Mike LaFleur was the offensive coordinator, quarterbacks coach, and wide receivers coach for Davidson College in 2013. He was playing football at Elmhurst College through 2008 as a quarterback and free safety. He joined their staff as an offensive assistant in 2009, before being hired by Saint Joseph's College in 2010. He served as a quarterbacks coach in his first year there, and was promoted to offensive coordinator in 2011.

What is the connection that would bring LaFleur to the Browns? Mike's brother, Matt LaFleur, was the quarterbacks coach for the Washington Redskins from 2010-2013, and the Houston Texans' offensive quality control coach from 2008-2009. Both stints overlapped with when Kyle Shanahan was the offensive coordinator for those teams. You can bet that Shanahan knew of Mike through his brother, and feels they can have the same type of chemistry on the staff.
