Super Bowl 2014: Denver vs. Seattle, 2nd Half Open Thread

Rob Carr

The Seattle Seahawks dominated the first part of the game, starting with a safety on the opening play of the game before tacking on a pair of field goals and a touchdown to take a 15-0 lead. The Broncos finally managed a drive at the end of the second quarter, but it was a struggle just to move the chains.

On a 3rd down play, Peyton Manning was hit as he threw, and the pass was intercepted for a touchdown by the Seahawks, giving them an improbable 22-0 lead. The Broncos tied to drive again before the end of the first half, but turned it over on downs. Can Manning and the Broncos pull off a stunning rally in the second half, or will the Seahawks continue to dominate in all facets of the game?
