When asked last Thursday if there would be any additional hires, Pettine said that the staff was pretty much complete, but that there might be another hire or two:

There are two hires that have been reported by sources, but not officially announced by the team. Those include Jimmy Raye (Tampa Bay) as senior offensive assistant, and Rusty McKinney (Bentley University) in a role to be determined. The only position from last year that hasn't really been filled is the one that Steve Gara held, which was, "Offensive Assistant/Special Assistant to the Head Coach." The Browns might just go without one of those this year, or it could be the type of role that Raye ends up filling if he is indeed brought aboard.
