Steelers Sign WR Lance Moore; Quick Look at Free Agent WR's Still Available

I still thought there was a chance that the Cleveland Browns might surprise me and sign veteran WR Lance Moore to a deal, but it wasn't meant to be. Worse yet, he ended up signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers on a two-year deal. He was washed up anyway. The Steelers needed some more depth at wide receiver after losing WR Emmanuel Sanders to the Denver Broncos and WR Jerrico Cotchery to the Carolina Panthers. Moore could serve as the team's second- or third-receiver in 2014.

There aren't many other free agent receivers out there for the Browns to look at, but they already have Josh Gordon, Andrew Hawkins, Travis Benjamin, and Greg Little. One person who might get a look down the road is Josh Morgan or Kevin Walter, two veteran receivers who have played under offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan. The biggest risk-reward free agent out there is Kenny Britt, who could have at least six teams vying for his services.
