On Monday, the Pittsburgh Steelers officially signed LB Arthur Moats to a one-year deal.
It's official I'm a Pittsburgh Steeler! Definitely enjoyed my time in Buffalo & all the support that I received from the fans! Thank you!

Moats started 12 games for the Buffalo Bills last season in Mike Pettine's defense, and it was believed since the start of free agency that the team would bring him in to compete with Craig Robertson for the other starting inside linebacker role this year. As the days kept passing without Moats having a contract, though, the Steelers' interest picked up. It's unclear whether the Browns withdrew their interest at some point, or if Moats simply decided he didn't want to play for Cleveland. Moats will switch to outside linebacker as a member of the Steelers.
The next person to wait for a decision on is DL Alex Carrington, who met with the Steelers, Browns, Ravens, and a couple other teams:
Being told FA DL Alex Carrington will have a new team in a couple days
