This pick is a no-brainer. The Houston Texans have a ton of talent on their football team, but as we saw last year and in years previous, their QB has held them back. Teddy's quick decision making skills will help him excel early, especially with players like Hopkins and Johnson. Bill O'Brien will tailor his offense to suit Bridgewater's strengths and he will excel. I would expect a playoff run within the first two years with this pick. The other option was South Carolina DE Jadeveon Clowney.

With Ryan Fitzpatrick, Case Keenam, and T.J. Yates as the only quarterbacks on their roster, if Houston wants to get back into contention, they need to take a quarterback. Bridgewater has been rated as one of the top quarterback for months, and despite his shaky Pro Day, I think the Texans might still view him as the their guy too. It is definitely intriguing to think about taking Clowney, which would pair him with J.J. Watt and perhaps create a "defense wins championships" type of front.

The St. Louis Rams are up next, led by resident fear monger Matt Wood.
