According to Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun, the Cleveland Browns are among the teams showing an interest in Boston College RB Andre Williams:

Carlos Hyde was the best big back in the draft, but Andre Williams intrigues me. Strange yet effective style. He is faster than Hyde or Hill

The Browns could use a complimentary back to starting RB Ben Tate, who was signed to a two-year deal this offseason. Tate has had a history of injuries, and the team could be looking for a running back to split the load with him if they aren't interested in their assortment of largely unproven other running backs on the roster.
Williams (5-11, 230 lbs) is listed as the 5th best running back prospect on CBS Sports' draft rankings, and is projected to be a third-round pick. Williams isn't denoted as having a visit or a workout yet.
