Derek Carr got the first crack at impressing the Browns, and now it's Blake Bortles' turn. According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Plain Dealer, two days after the team held a private workout with Carr, they went to hold a private workout with Bortles:
#Browns are conducting their private workout with UCF QB Blake Bortles today, league source tells http://t.co/AxL2Mqzjbd.

Earlier in the morning, Mike Mayock of the NFL Network reported that nobody from the Browns was attending the Pro Day for South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney. While it is true that none of the main guys -- Ray Farmer and Mike Pettine, among others -- were there, a Browns spokesman later reported that the Browns did have a representative at Clowney's Pro Day. Cabot assumes that Farmer and Pettine did not go to Clowney's Pro Day because they were busy with Bortles.
