Johnny Manziel is reportedly being sued for $25 million by Samantha Schacher. Schacher claims that Manziel has been sexually harassing her, and details the harassment (in absurd fashion) in her motion to file a restraining order against him.
The whole thing is wild, and hard to believe. Seems like this is a frivolous attempt to bring down the Browns QB. Reading through the document, one can't help but think this is a hoax. I'll let you read it for yourself and make your own judgement.
The lawsuit filing can be found here.
It's reasonable to believe that it's just a hoax due to the fact that "Samantha Schacher" is a co-host to Dr. Drew's television show, and Dr. Drew being mentioned in the motion. As Ian Rapoport of NFL.com points out, it is most likely an alias used by the prankster.
A few things to know on this Manziel lawsuit: Per Court clerk, the filer is a "frequent filer" & Samantha Schacher is an alias. (1/2)

On the Manziel lawsuit: The address used by "Schacher" is actually 190 Marietta St. N.W. in Atlanta. Aka, CNN’s main address.

Manziel's agent, Erik Burkhardt, has also refuted the report via twitter.
This joke "lawsuit" is obviously 1000000% fake and/ or frivolous. Embarrassing I even have say this after reading the nonsense.

So who knows what to make of this. The allegations seem far-fetched, but apparently the filing is real. We'll keep an eye on this, but for now, what do you all make of this?
