Ray Farmer announced that the Cleveland Browns have agreed to terms with No. 22 overall pick Johnny Manziel, the team's second pick in the first round. The agreement marks the fourth selection the Browns have reached a deal with from their 2014 draft class, leaving only Justin Gilbert and Joel Bitonio yet to sign.
The exact details of the deal were not immediately announced, however the rookie salary scale projects the contract to be worth around $8.2 million, with a $4.3 million signing bonus. Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network is reporting that roughly 94% of the four-year deal is guaranteed, which includes 65% in that fourth year.
