Richard Sherman Will be on the Cover of Madden NFL 15

The final votes are in, and with 55% of the votes, Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman defeated Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton in the finals of the Madden NFL 15 cover bracket.

The question is, can Sherman be one of the few players to avoid the curse? I don't know if I'll ever wish it on a member of the Browns again, after what happened to running back Peyton Hillis a few years back. I think the money quote in this whole ordeal came via Panthers head coach Ron Rivera, who revealed that he actually voted against his quarterback, acknowledging the existence of the curse.
