So, there it is. Early rumors were that Johnny Manziel would get the start but head coach Mike Pettine was quick to quash them. Now we see that the opposite is true: Hoyer will start vs. the Redskins. Mary Kay Cabot reminds us, however, that both quarterbacks will see first team reps:

Does this mean that Brian Hoyer has taken the lead? Is Johnny getting a fair shot or should he be the one starting vs. Washington?
