The Cleveland Browns' roster currently sits at 90 players as they head into Monday night's game against the Washington Redskins, but how soon will they have to make roster cuts? Here is a perspective of how many preseason games are left and when the cut dates are:

  • Monday, August 18th: Browns vs. Redskins (2nd preseason game)
  • Saturday, August 23rd: Rams vs. Browns (3rd preseason game)
  • Tuesday, August 26th: Cut down to 75 players
  • Thursday, August 28th: Bears vs. Browns (4th preseason game)
  • Saturday, August 30th: Cut down to 53 players
  • Sunday, August 31st: 8-man practice squad named

Then, as August 26th draws near, I'll discuss which players the Browns should include in their first batch of cuts.
