According to ESPN's Adam Schefter on Sports Center, through 92.3 the Fan's Chris Fillar, a decision has been made on the appeal hearing of Cleveland Browns WR Josh Gordon. However, the verdict has not been announced to the public yet.
Schefter just said on SC that he's heard Gordon decision has been made and Henderson just needs to decide when to issue it. #takeyourtime

One would think that if a decision has been made, that the announcement shouldn't be too far away. Also, we are now past the original 1-3 week window for a decision (which Mary Kay Cabot of the Plain Dealer originally reported), and considering the regular season is just a little over a week away, the Browns cannot be left in limbo any longer when it comes to Gordon's status.
