As the appeal hearing for Cleveland Browns WR Josh Gordon goes on, not only is it affecting the team's offensive gameplan, but also fantasy football players around the country.

Gordon is in an unprecedented predicament by fantasy football standards. He is by far the most valuable fantasy player on the Browns, and could even challenge being the best fantasy football wide receiver in all of football. If he was not facing a suspension, I think you could make the case that he would be a 1st- or 2nd-round draft pick.

Chances are, most of your fantasy leagues will take place after Gordon's fate is known, so it won't be an issue for you. However, let's assume that your fantasy football draft is today, and you have no idea what the NFL will do to him. If you are on the clock, what is the earliest round you would lock in a selection for Gordon? And, for those of you who have already participated in fantasy football leagues, let us know how soon Gordon has been going off the board.
