The Browns made a move on the practice squad on Tuesday:
Transaction Tues: #Browns announce they signed LB Allen Bradford to the practice squad & released WR Ifeanyi Momah from the practice squad

Momah is an oversized receiver who may have been considered for a move to tight end. Reports over at SB Nation's Eagles blog Bleeding Green Nation have been that he struggles mightily with getting separation and is slow off the line, despite being an intriguing height/weight/speed project.

So who is linebacker Allen Bradford? Bradford was drafted out of USC in 2011 in the 6th round by Tampa Bay as a running back. According to the Jaguars SB Nation site Big Cat Country, he didn't make it as a running back with the Buccaneers and was released, after which he converted to linebacker and bounced around the Seahawks, Giants, and then Jaguars, who released him this August at the cutdown to 75 players. According to NFL Draft Scout, he ran a 4.53 40 yard dash, a 6.97 3-cone, and a 4.39 short shuttle. He measured 5'11" and weighed 242 pounds. It's seems he is another athletic project. Here's a college (running back) highlight video of his:

In other practice squad news, former Browns CB Leon McFadden was added to the 49ers' practice squad. McFadden didn't make the final cut for the Browns' 53-man roster and was picked up off waivers by the Jets. The Jets then released him on the 11th, after he spent Week 1 on their roster but was inactive on gameday.
