The Cleveland Browns are on the bye this week, but that doesn't mean we can't talk fantasy football! Fantasy football players actually face a tough decision regarding the Browns this week when it comes to the team's running back situation:

  • Cleveland clearly has a good running game, and one or more of their fantasy backs will get fantasy points on gameday.
  • RB Terrance West is currently 11th in the NFL in fantasy points at the running back position.
  • RB Isaiah Crowell is currently 14th in the NFL in fantasy points at the running back position.
  • RB Ben Tate will return as the starter, but will he be ready for Week 5? Week 6?

West and Crowell have been saviors for some fantasy players. In my league, I drafted Tate in the fourth round and I've held him on my bench ever since, without having West or Crowell on my roster. Now, I'm hoping that I can cash in on Tate in Week 5. What do owners of West and Crowell do, though? Rumors have it that West could actually fall to the No. 3 running back on the depth chart, with Crowell continuing to get similar reps to what he's receiving now. On the same note, can we trust Crowell to continue getting touchdowns, because those three touchdowns are the reason his stats are high, not the yardage he's accumulating.

Let us know in the comments section how you've been handling the Browns' backfield for your fantasy team, and whether you plan to keep, cut, or sign any of them soon. You can also use this as a general open thread for fantasy football talk.
