One thing looks certain: the Cleveland Browns won't have anybody on defense representing them in the Pro Bowl this year. The NFL released the top 10 vote-getters at each position through November 11, and nobody on the Browns' defense fell within that range. The offense does have a couple of candidates, though:
- TE Gary Barnidge is the fourth-highest tight end in terms of votes at 55,483. The players ahead of him include Rob Gronkowski (101,674), Greg Olsen (67,734), and Tyler Eifert (59,875). Nobody is threatening Barnidge for the fourth spot.
- LT Joe Thomas is the third-highest offensive tackle in terms of votes at 27,028. The players ahead of him include Sebastian Vollmer (32,135) and Bryan Bulaga (27,149). Michael Oher (26,766) and Tyron Smith (26,480) are right on Thomas' tail.
- C Alex Mack is the sixth-highest center in terms of votes at 21,350. The players ahead of him include Ryan Kalil (40,353), Nick Mangold (33,018), David Andrews (31,282), Travis Frederick (29,551), and Max Unger (26,199). Mike Pouncey (21,350) is right behind Mack.
