Despite being listed as questionable on this week's injury report, Adam Caplan of ESPN reported this afternoon that Cleveland Browns starting left guard Joel Bitonio is expected to miss his second straight game:
#Browns starting LG Joel Bitonio ("mild" high ankle-questionable) is not expected to play tonight vs. #Ravens source said.

Earlier this week, head coach Mike Pettine stated that even though Bitonio returned to practice on Friday from his high ankle sprain, unless the second-year guard felt he was close to 100%, he would not start. Pettine left the door open for Bitonio to be active as a backup in the event of an emergency, but from the sound of Caplan's tweet, the team will sit Bitonio another week.
That means that first-round pick Cameron Erving would make his second straight start at left guard. He had a pretty rough outing two weeks ago against Pittsburgh, but the more work he can get to prepare him for a spot in 2016, the better.
