Here is a summary of how the Cleveland Browns are viewed across mainstream media outlets heading into Week 16 Power Rankings of the NFL season.

CBS Sports - No. 29 (Down 1 from Last Week)

With two weeks left, the question now is whether coach Mike Pettine will be back. I doubt it.

FOX Sports - No. 29 (Down 3 from Last Week)

Second-year QB Johnny Manziel hopes the Browns keep the entire coaching staff on board for 2016 in an attempt to build continuity. Cleveland’s brass will be tasked with making a difficult decision on both the staff and Manziel’s future as the team’s potential franchise quarterback.

NFL.com - No. 27 (Down 1 from Last Week)

The Browns kept it interesting for a while ... before sleeping in Seattle during the second half.  The absolute dearth of offense from midway through the first quarter until early in the fourth -- during which Cleveland gained all of 65 yards -- certainly didn't help. The Seahawks' penchant for keeping the ball only left Johnny Manziel with seven offensive possessions to get anything going. If you didn't see the highlights, he didn't get anything going. #spoileralert

Yahoo Sports - No. 30 (Even from Last Week)

Johnny Manziel watch: 19-of-32, 161 yards, one touchdown, one interception. Not great, but it was a tough assignment at Seattle. That performance won't affect the ultimate decision on Manziel one way or another. The next two weeks will tell this story.

ESPN - No. 32 (Even From from Last Week)

At 3-11, the Browns are currently on pace to earn a top-two draft pick. The Browns haven't picked in the top two of the draft since 2000, when they took DE Courtney Brown first overall.

Covers.com - No. 28 (Even from Last Week)

Looking at a list of free agent signings from last offseason, Browns WR Dwayne Bowe has to be among the worst. They gave him $9 million guaranteed for five catches and 53 yards.

Listed below is a summary table of where teams in the AFC North are ranked this week.
