UPDATE: The Jets have signed Revis.
According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Plain Dealer, the Cleveland Browns have expressed an interest in cornerback Darrelle Revis, who played with the New England Patriots last year:

Revis has basically been signing one-year deals the past several years. In 2013, he signed a 6-year, $96 million deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Since virtually none of the money was a signing bonus, he was cut after the first year ($16 million cap hit that year) so the Buccaneers could afford other players.
Last year with New England, the Patriots signed him to a 1-year, $12 million deal that was structured a little differently (a signing bonus of $10 million over two years, but by the Patriots declining Revis' 2015 option, they will carry $5 million in dead money this year after having a $7 million cap hit last year). Cabot emphasizes that Revis could find Cleveland an attractive destination, where paired with CB Joe Haden, the team would have the best cornerback situation in the NFL:
Revis loved playing for #Browns Pettine in NY. Pettine is a great recruiter and the #Browns have money
