On Saturday, Cleveland Browns K Garrett Hartley cut his hair at Finn McCool's pub in New Orleans as part of an initiative to raise awareness for pediatric cancer. The event was was part of the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, which is a volunteer-driven charity committed to funding the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long, healthy lives.
Hartley's team raised over $10,000 in association with the event, both leading up to it and during. After shaving his hair, Hartley tweeted, "Curious if I'll need a smaller helmet next year @Browns #dawgpound"
