Johnny Manziel is out of rehab.

Good news for the Browns as the Quarterback's release is nine days before the start of off-season work for the Browns. According to all reports Manziel did some real work while he was away:

Manziel wasn't doing yoga twice a wk and calling it rehab. Put in 10 wks of good work. Haven't heard a bad thing about his process/progress
— Jeremy Fowler (@JFowlerESPN) April 11, 2015

Now while the argument/discussion will not be whether or not Manziel can be a quality starter for the Browns, Manziel's off the field work at least makes this a possibility for the upcoming season. Manziel had a disappointing rookie season that saw him struggle on and off the field.

No word on whether or not Manziel has had any contact with the Cleveland Browns since being released.
