In a quest to find help at wide receiver, the Browns have searched far and wide for dependable options in the upcoming NFL Draft. The team has found at least one promising local prospect.

According to a source close to the situation, the Browns have scheduled a private workout with Akron wideout Zach D'Orazio for Monday.

D'Orazio spent four seasons at Akron, redshirting in 2011 before seeing significant time in each of the past three seasons. The Avon Lake, Ohio native played mostly as a slot receiver, compiling 119 receptions for 1,422 yards and five touchdowns during his Akron career. D'Orazio enjoyed his most productive season in 2014, notching 658 yards and a touchdown.

As a draft prospect, D'Orazio has reliable hands and a knack for finding space in zone coverage. D'Orazio currently projects as an undrafted free agent in the upcoming NFL Draft.

The 6'2, 217 pound wideout decided to forgo his final year of eligibility and enter the NFL Draft. D'Orazio has already graduated from Akron.

After last year's draft, the Browns signed 11 undrafted free agents. Could D'Orazio be one such signing this offseason?
