Last September, the Western Reserve Historical Society launched a special exhibit titled, "1964: When Browns Town was Title Town." The exhibit was set to end this past February, but it was so popular that it was extended through June. The closing reception for the exhibit will take place on Monday, June 22 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM ET.
Join former Browns players for the final event in the 1964: When Browns Town was Title Town exhibit at the Cleveland History Center. Meet the minds behind the exhibit as well as the collectors and donors who made it possible. Enjoy beer and wine, light appetizers, and the final chance to experience the exhibit created in honor of the 50th anniversary of Cleveland’s championship team! $10 of each ticket purchase will proceed the Marion Motley Scholarship Fund.
Tickets for the event cost $25 per person. People confirmed for the event include Paul Warfield, Sam Rutigliano, Ben Davis, Greg Pruitt, Cleo Miller, Sam Tidmore, and Cliff Louis. Here is the original promo for the exhibit; if anybody is looking for something to do this weekend, go on and take a visit now that the Cavaliers' season is finished. From looking at their website, the exhibit might still be available on Sunday from noon to 5 PM ET for $10 per person.
