Former Browns Playing in American Century Golf Championship

On Friday, the American Century Championship, a celebrity golf tournament, started and will last though Sunday. A list of celebrities is posted here, and three former members of the Cleveland Browns are taking part in the event:

• QB Brandon Weeden, who was with the Browns from 2012-2013
• QB Trent Dilfer, who was with the Browns in 2005
• QB Vinny Testaverde, who was with the Browns from 1993-1995

In total, there are 91 celebrities and athletes taking part in the tournament. The other player with Cleveland ties is Kenny Lofton, who was with the Indians from 1992-1996, 1998-2001, and then again in 2007.

Looking at the current leaderboard, the Browns' affiliates aren't doing too bad. Weeden is the highest (tied for 21st place), followed by Dilfer (T-25th) and Testaverde (T-27th). Dead in last place? Former Pittsburgh Steelers WR Hines Ward.
