The Buffalo Bills received the ball to start the game and put together a drive that lasted over eight minutes as they successfully converted three third downs. On the fourth third down, while in the red zone, QB Tyrod Taylor took a big sack, forcing them to settle for a 46-yard field goal attempt, which bounced off the upright to keep the game at 0-0.
The Browns moved the ball to near midfield, but after a sack, they faced a 3rd-and-15. QB Josh McCown's pass for TE Gary Barnidge was tipped in the air and intercepted. The Bills' next drive fizzled out, but Cleveland suffered two possible concussions with Barnidge and S Jordan Poyer. It's 0-0 as we head to the second quarter.
