Browns' Week 3 Inactives Include DE Desmond Bryant and WR Dwayne Bowe

The Cleveland Browns have named the following players inactive for today's game against the Oakland Raiders:

QB Austin Davis
RB Robert Turbin
WR Dwayne Bowe
TE E.J. Bibbs
DE Desmond Bryant
OLB Scott Solomon
CB K'Waun Williams

Bryant missed all week of practice with a shoulder injury and is the biggest inactive on the list. DE John Hughes will start in his place and rookie DT Xavier Cooper will also make his debut.

Bowe is basically a healthy scratch this week, so that tells you a lot about his future.

CB Justin Gilbert is active for the first time this season, despite dealing with a hamstring injury. The Browns are still expected to use CB Pierre Desir in nickel sets.
