Steelers-Browns Injury Report: Concussions Get Johnny Manziel, Tramon Williams for Week 17

Here is a wrap-up of the injury situation for the Cleveland Browns heading into Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers:

• The Browns have four players out with a concussion, including QB Johnny Manziel, RB Glenn Winston, WR Marlon Moore, and CB Tramon Williams. The team doesn't appear to be placing them on injured reserve for the extra roster spots.
  
  
• The team signed QB Pat Devlin as a backup quarterback option. He was with the team in camp briefly. I expect QB Terrelle Pryor to be active, though, either as the true backup quarterback, or as a wide receiver while Moore is out.
  
  
• Even though ILB Karlos Dansby didn't practice all week (toe) and LT Joe Thomas only practiced once, both players are expected to start. They are just getting the veteran treatment at the end of the season.
  
  
• The Steelers have a couple of illnesses hold out players from practice this week, but nobody is in danger of missing the game.
