Although it sounds like Ray Horton might be Hue Jackson's top choice as defensive coordinator, if the Tennessee Titans don't let him out of his contract, Mary Kay Cabot of the Plain Dealer is hearing that Leslie Frazier could be a candidate for the Cleveland Browns' defensive coordinator job:
Source tells https://t.co/o11vJSOExu that Tampa Bay defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier is a candidate to become #Browns DC under Jackson

Frazier has been a defensive coordinator three times in the NFL, having stints with the Cincinnati Bengals, Minnesota Vikings, and most recently the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was also the former head coach of the Vikings. The Buccaneers ranked 10th in the NFL this past season (11th against the run and 16th against the pass), but the defense struggled in the red zone and on third down -- in fact, the defensive stats are near idential to Horton's Titans in 2015.
If you had to choose between Horton and Frazier, who would you want, Browns fans?
