On Thursday, the Cleveland Browns signed RB Terrell Watson to a reserve/future deal. Earlier this month, the Browns signed a fair amount of other players to reserve/future deals.
Watson (6-1, 240 pounds) spent his entire rookie season on the Cincinnati Bengals' practice squad, so one might venture to guess that new Browns head coach Hue Jackson put in a good word for him. Watson showed he could be a workhorse at Azusa Pacific University; in 2014, he led all of college football with 2,153 yards rushing.
Fans over at our Bengals affiliate seemed sorry to see him go.
