According to Adam Caplan of ESPN, the Cleveland Browns are hiring Cannon Matthews as their new assistant defensive backs coach:
Another #Browns coach added: Cannon Matthews as asst DBs coach. Previously held defensive quality control job with #Titans.

Matthews will work under Louie Cioffi, who the club is bringing back as their defensive backs coach. Cioffi was with the Browns in 2013 before following defensive coordinator Ray Horton back to Tennessee and now back to Cleveland. Matthews served as a defensive quality control coach under Horton for the past two seasons, so he'll have that relationship already established with Horton and Cioffi.
