2016 NFL Draft Order: Browns Have No. 2 and No. 32 Picks, Titans at No. 1

The top two picks in the 2016 NFL Draft are set. With the Tennessee Titans (3-13) losing to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, they clinched the No. 1 spot in the draft due to owning the strength of schedule tiebreaker over the Cleveland Browns (3-13). The Browns lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers, ensuring that they are locked in to the No. 2 pick of the draft. If the Browns had won, they could have slipped to No. 3 or No. 4 overall.

We also know that the Browns will hold the No. 32 overall pick of the draft. It will technically be the start of the second round, but it will almost feel like a first-round pick, since the Patriots' first-round pick is already vacated due to Deflategate. When teams are tied for the same record, they alternate picks in ensuing rounds, which is why the Browns are No. 32 and not No. 33.
